From academia to policy making

Changing police responses to violence against women

The Metropolitan Police, London

Crossing over from academia to policy making has been my journey for the past five years. In this article, I reflect how I have drawn from my career and my own learning about crime, criminology and policing in my role as an advisor in the London Metropolitan Police.
